We’re excited to announce a major update to dFlow Cloud. This release focuses on improving usability, scaling infrastructure, strengthening security, and making it easier for teams to manage projects and deployments.

Over the past few months, we’ve been refining the platform based on feedback from early users. The result is a more polished experience with new capabilities that help developers move faster.

Let’s walk through what’s new.

A Complete Platform Revamp

One of the biggest updates in this release is a complete redesign of the platform experience.

We revisited the entire UI to simplify navigation and reduce friction when managing projects, services, and infrastructure. Pages now load faster, layouts are more structured, and important actions are easier to discover.

The goal was simple: make managing infrastructure feel less complex and more intuitive.

New Cloud Plans

cloud plans

We’ve introduced new Platform and Pro plans designed for different stages of development.

The updated plans make it easier to understand what resources you get and how your applications can scale as they grow.

Whether you're deploying personal projects or managing production workloads, the new plans provide clearer limits and flexibility

Early Stage Startup Program

Startups building new products often need infrastructure before they have revenue.

To support founders and small teams, we launched the Early Stage Startup Program, which provides additional benefits for startups using dFlow Cloud while they build their first products.

This program is designed to help early teams focus on building instead of worrying about infrastructure costs.

Real-Time Support Inside the Dashboard

live support chart

We’ve added a real-time support chat widget directly inside the dashboard.

Instead of searching through documentation or external channels, you can now quickly reach out to support while working in the platform.

This helps resolve issues faster and improves the overall developer experience.

New Documentation with AI Assistance

docs with ai help

Our documentation has been rebuilt from the ground up.

It now includes AI-powered suggestions that help you find answers faster when exploring guides or troubleshooting problems.

Developers can now navigate documentation more efficiently without digging through multiple pages.

We going double down on our docs with proper guides and platform usage

Cloudflare Security Integration

cloudflare

Security is a critical part of running applications on the internet.

dFlow Cloud now integrates with Cloudflare protection features, enabling:

  • DDoS protection
  • Bot traffic filtering

This helps protect applications from malicious traffic before it even reaches your infrastructure.

For developers running public services, this adds an additional layer of security without requiring extra configuration.

GitHub Login Support

git-auth

Developers can now sign in using their GitHub account.

This simplifies authentication and removes the need to manage separate credentials. It also makes onboarding faster for teams already working in the GitHub ecosystem.

Improved Project Creation Experience

new project creation flow

Creating a project is one of the most common actions on the platform, so we redesigned the entire flow.

The new project creation interface guides users through the process step by step, reducing confusion and making it easier to launch projects quickly.

Better Onboarding for New Users

onboarding

New users now experience an improved onboarding flow designed to help them get their first project running faster.

The updated onboarding process walks users through key steps and highlights important features along the way.

This ensures that developers can start deploying projects without unnecessary friction.

Improved Scaling Controls and Service Visibility

replica and scaling ui

We introduced a slider-based scaling interface that allows you to adjust service resources quickly without dealing with complex configuration options. The platform also provides resource suggestions to help you choose appropriate scaling levels based on your needs.

Alongside this, the dashboard now shows replica counts directly in the UI, so you can instantly see how many instances of each service are running.

Rich Template Editor

template rich-text editor

Templates now support rich text editing and image uploads.

This makes templates much more flexible and allows developers to build richer experiences when creating reusable project configurations.

Profile & Subscription Management

profile page

A new profile section has been introduced to give users better control over their accounts.

From this page you can manage:

  • Worker nodes
  • Subscriptions
  • Account settings

This centralizes account management and removes the need to navigate across multiple sections.

Better Team Collaboration

We’ve introduced several improvements for team collaboration.

A Developer role is createad during signup, making it easier to manage permissions inside workspaces.

We’ve also added a safeguard that prevents deleting the only Admin role in a workspace, ensuring that teams always retain administrative access.

Bug fixes

We fixed an issue where the Railpack builder could fail to recognize certain build paths, which occasionally caused deployment problems.

This fix improves deployment reliability for projects using Railpack.

Platform Improvements

We also made several improvements across the platform, including:

  • SEO improvements across all pages
  • Better explanations for interface tabs and sections
  • Removal of legacy dFlow integrations so everything can now be managed directly from the main platform UI
